To thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on developing new quality productive force, and to effectively enhance the academic research and paper-writing capabilities of scholars and professionals in the field of information resource management, master key points of academic writing and project application strategies, improve academic literacy, support academic research, and produce more and higher-level research outcomes while cultivating highly skilled technical professionals, the National Science Library and Heibei University will jointly host the "2025 Information Resource Management Research and Paper Writing Workshop" in Baoding, Hebei Province, from May 10-13, 2025. The event is co-organized by the LIS Press (Library and Information Service and Knowledge Management Forum) and the School of Management at Hebei University. A concurrent Call of Papers on information resource management will be held. Outstanding papers from workshop attendees may have an opportunity for selective and intentional acceptance for publication in the journals.
This event warmly welcomes students, practitioners, journal editors, and professionals from related fields across the country. Attendees are invited to bring draft papers for review and guidance from attending experts, chief editors, and managing editors.

IV. About Call for Papers
1.Submission Requirements
Manuscripts must be original and innovative, adhering to the standards of Library and Information Service. Submissions must not involve any academic misconduct. Manuscripts should have approximately 10,000 words or more. Authors may specify their intended journal for submission. Deadline for submission is April 20, 2025. Manuscripts should be submitted to the email: journal@mail.las.ac.cn. The email subject line must include "Writing Theme Submission + Author Name." Papers should be attached as Word documents and named as "Author Name + Paper Title."
2.Submission Evaluation
The organizing committee will invite experts to conduct double-blind peer reviews of the submissions. A total of 28 outstanding papers will be selected. Authors of these papers will be invited to deliver "flash reports" during the conference, focusing on the research problem, methodology, process, conclusions, and innovative aspects of their work. Experts attending the conference will provide feedback on the flash reports. Authors of outstanding papers will receive certificates and related awards. Editors-in-chief and editorial directors from participating journals will review the outstanding papers and may select them for publication based on interest and quality.

VI. Conference Fees
Conference Fee: RMB 1,500 per person. Discounted rate of RMB 800 per person applies for full-time master's and doctoral students. This fee includes conference participation, materials, and meals during the conference. Travel expenses, accommodation, and meals on the registration day (lunch) and departure day are not included and must be self-funded.

VII. Conference Certificate
After the conclusion of the conference, training certificates (20 academic hours) from the LIS Press will be issued to participants who completed the full learning program.
