Outstanding Papers of Library and Information Service from 2021-2023

Since 2014, the journal has published the top 10 most-cited papers of the current and previous two years. In 2023, Library and Information Service continued its selection method from 2022, identifying highly cited and highly downloaded papers published over the past three years. The selection was based on the annual top 50 papers, taking into consideration the publication date, with the final 10 papers chosen by the editorial department for announcement.
