Conference Notice| Academic Seminar on Knowledge Management and Service Theory, Methods, and Strategies in the Digital Intelligence Era

Conference Background

In the era of digital and intelligent transformation, knowledge management and service are playing an increasingly significant role across various industries, driving important transformations and changes in technology, education, culture, and society.

To adapt to the innovative development of knowledge management and service across various sectors, and to explore theories, methods, and development strategies in this field, the  LIS  Press and the editorial department of the journal Knowledge Management Forum, in conjunction with the School of Information Management, Central China Normal University and the School of Information Management, Shandong University of Technology, plan to hold an academic seminar on Knowledge Management and Service Theory, Methods, and Strategies from May 7-10, 2024 (duration of two days) in Zibo, Shandong.

The conference will invite experts from the business community, government, and the fields of information resource management, knowledge innovation, knowledge management, knowledge service, intelligent service, and competitive intelligence, including researchers, strategic scientists, business managers, practitioners, and policy experts, to deliver keynote speeches and engage in extensive and in-depth discussions with attendees on knowledge management and service in the digital intelligence era.

Call for Papers

Papers should be submitted through the 2024 Academic Seminar on Knowledge Management and Service Theory, Methods, and Strategies in the Digital Intelligence Era section of the China Information Resource Management Preprint Platform (URL: https://chinaxiv.org/conference/km2024).

Submissions indicate the author's consent to disseminate and premiere the paper on this preprint platform, which allows and encourages authors to subsequently submit their papers to journals. For paper writing requirements and format, refer to the "Submission Guidelines" on the "Library and Information Service" journal website (https://www.lis.ac.cn). Authors must strictly adhere to academic norms and ethics. The conference will organize experts to peer-review the submitted papers. Outstanding papers will be selected for presentation at the conference and recommended to journals such as "Library and Information Service" or "Knowledge Management Forum" for publication upon review approval.
