SPECIAL TOPIC Ⅰ: Exploration and Practice of Curriculum Ideology in the Discipline of Library, Information and Archives Management

[Purpose/significance] By analyzing the construction of "Ideological and Political Education" of library, information and archives management in Nanjing University, this paper aims to promote the formation of a broad consensus on the concept of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses, and put the development and implementation of all-round educational work in which the entire personnel are involved into effect. [Method/process] Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situations and existing problems of the curriculum ideological and political construction of the discipline of library, information and archives management in universities in recent years, this paper explored the practical effects faced by the "ideological and political education" work in the discipline of library, information and archives management in Nanjing University, and put forward the implementation path of constructing the "four matrices" for moral education, building a multi-dimensional work system of "three-wide education" and paying attention to "four connections" for the construction of a community for practical education. [Result/conclusion] As one of the important tasks for the cultivation of innovative talents and "three-wide education" in colleges and universities, the construction of "ideological and political education" for the discipline of library, information and archives management in Nanjing University can comprehensively improve the awareness and ability of the majority of teachers to carry out curriculum ideological and political construction, advance the system and mechanism of curriculum ideological and political construction, and improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.
