[Purpose/significance] Under the cloud computing environment, information security guarantee institutions of national academic resources are distributed. To build Information security guarantee alliance can clarify the responsibility of information security guarantee institutions, reduce the cost of information security, maximize the benefits of information security and ultimately, realize the implementation of information security for national academic resources in cloud computing environment. [Method/process] By analyzing the main members and synergy relationship, this paper constructed the coordination architecture of information security guarantee for national academic resources in cloud computing environment and analyzed its management mechanism and operation mechanism. At the same time,this paper analyzed the responsibility of information security guarantee institutions from the three stages of organization,development and utilization of academic resources. [Result/conclusion] By building the information security guarantee alliance of national academic resources in cloud environment,we can clear up relationship and obligation of information security guarantee institutions and realize coordinated implementation.
