Abstract

[Purpose/significance]This paper clarifies the group differences of online health information resources selection among young people from the perspective of the task contexts to promote health information services of the government, libraries, medical institutions and other health information service departments.[Method/process] From the perspective of task contexts, health information platforms and group differences, this paper analyzed the correlation between group differences and online health information resources selection among young people by questionnaires and interviews.[Result/conclusion] Task contexts will affect the selection of online health information resources, and the impact of task contexts under different health information platforms isn't the same. There are significant group differences in online health information resources selection on different health information platforms, and the differences of different health information platforms are not the same.
