Research on the Innovational Capability Based on the Knowledge Base

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Based on the theory of knowledge management and innovation management, this paper aims to study the relation between the innovation ability and the evolution of the knowledge base, and design the path of improving the innovation capacity.[Method/process] By reviewing the definition of the knowledge base and the innovational capability, and taking knowledge creation and integration as a starting point, this paper analyzed the dynamic evolution of the knowledge base. Based on the relationship between the evolution of the knowledge base and the innovation capacity, this paper explored the path of enhancing the enterprise innovation capacity oriented regional innovation system and put forward safeguard measures. [Result/conclusion] The results show that the innovation capacity can be influenced by the knowledge base. The knowledge base can be turned into three different states. The influence of different knowledge baseson theinnovation capacity is different. Knowledge creation and knowledge integration are the main ways of the knowledge base evolution. The path of enhancing the enterprise innovation ability includes knowledge base decomposition, knowledge base integration and knowledge value achievement. Knowledge base decomposition emphasizes the decomposition of the knowledge base outside, knowledge base integration emphasizes the integration between external knowledge and original knowledge base. Knowledge value emphasizes the application of knowledge. At the same time, it requires safeguards for innovation ability ascension. The research of innovation capacity based on the knowledge base not only provides a new perspective for knowledge management, but is of great significance to the enterprise innovation practice.
