[Purpose/significance] This article aims to serve as a guide for librarians to develop mobile websites to be linked to their current library website. [Method/process] In this paper, the findable perspective of User Experience Honeycomb has been applied to the investigation of WAP websites and WEB websites of 15 top university libraries. Detailed navigation layout, navigation content and navigation words of the home page have been analyzed to provide hints for designing mobile websites for domestic libraries.[Result/conclusion] It shows that the findable perspective has been fully taken into account in WAP websites of the top university libraries. Compared to the WEB websites, the WAP navigation layouts are more diverse, having common key navigation content with different expressions from WEB navigations, and statistical characteristics exist.
