The Research Based on OGD Application Analysis Model

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Upon comprehensive study and comparative analysis of the OGD application status at home and abroad, China needs to solve centrally the core driving force issues at the micro level, such as what types of data to open, and what values to generate, which is essential to further solving the fundamental issues, effectively breaking down the barriers of data resources among commissions, offices and bureaus, and solving the problem of lack of willingness to open. In this paper, the OGD application mode is taken as the research object.[Method/process] In the paper, open government data sets, open government data application cases and its complex processing logic are decoupled in the model and resource domain, forming four dimensions in the model ("factors") and model of each dimension between the mapping relationships ("lines"). These "points" and "lines" compose behavior model table, and realize linkage model dynamic harvesting mechanism through mathematical model.[Result/conclusion] Finally, a kind of multiple dimensions model based on open government data perceived discovery is constructed. At the same time, we research the problems on application path of the model under different scenarios, and find the task spiraling progressive laws through research; search out the input and output data sets characteristic of each progressive stage; and derive the inherent analysis methods set in each progressive stage. From this perspective, the problem of model application is solved.
