Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Through the comparative study on the access points of mobile library and non-mobile library, this paper explores the different behaviors that users access library OPAC through different devices, providing reference for setting access points on OPAC of different devices. [Method/process] The paper uses the log mining method to compare the frequency of the access points, the search success rates of the access points, the change patterns of the access points and so on. [Result/conclusion] There are some differences between the mobile library and the non-mobile library in access point, and the non-mobile library has an advantage in the setting and use of the access points. Mobile library can simplify the content of the interface by discarding the access point of low probability; enable users to transfer access point conveniently by setting web tags; improve the proportion of group matching search by reducing the number of group matching access points and highlighting the access points and search box.
