The Construction of the User Feedback Service System on the Network Knowledge Service Platform

[Purpose/significance] This paper investigates the status of the users' feedback on the knowledge service platform. Aiming at the problems in the current user feedback service, this paper gives some advice for the construction of the feedback service system on the knowledge service platform. [Method/process] This paper investigates and discusses the current users' feedback service through three different dimensions:service foundation, service quality and service effect by constructing its model of efficacy evaluation. [Method/process] Based on the analysis above,this paper comes up with the frame and construction suggestions of the users' feedback service system on the knowledge service platform.
