Study on the Technical Report Quality Evaluation System

[Purpose/significance] This paper establishes a systematic and scientific evaluation system for the current issue of quality assessment in the construction of the technical reports resources system. It has a certain role in promoting theoretical research and practical construction on technical reports resources system, and beneficial to improve technical reports service quality.[Method/process] With the integrated use of brainstorming, the expert investigation method, AHP and the Yaahp software, this paper analyzed the quality influencing factors of technical reports. It also selected the corresponding evaluation index, constructed the technical report evaluation hierarchical structure, calculated the relative weight and the weighted weight of each evaluation index, and conducted consistency check.[Result/conclusion] The results meet the conformance requirements. And then it looks ahead to the application of the technical report quality evaluation system.
