The Investigation and Analysis of the Establishment and Operating Condition of Reading Festival in Colleges and Universities

[Purpose/significance]In order to understand the situation of the level of reading promotion activities organized by the university library, this paper endeavors to explore the better mode of university reading promotion activities.[Method/process]Based on the analysis of the relevant literature, a questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate and analyze the level and the system guarantee of 23 universities' reading festivals.[Result/conclusion]The conclusions are as follows: That the library well organizes original reading activitiesis the basis to upgrade to the university level. It is important to have a profound understanding of the significance and the problems of the reading festival that need to be solvedat the university level.
