[Purpose/significance] In this paper, the authors discussed how to construct the regional literature resources guarantee system of key subjects for local university library, taking the Changbei Academic Library Alliance (CALA) as an example.[Method/process] The author analyzed the current situation of distribution of key disciplines and the collection building of CALA, then some proposals to construct the regional resource guarantee system serving for key disciplines of the university library were proposed.[Result/conclusion] The complete system of regional literature resources guarantee system based on the key disciplines should be built according to the needs of subject development and take the resource and service as the main points, to truly realize the complementation, co-construction and sharing of the literature resources.
