Research on Emergency Monitoring and Recognition in View of Intelligence

Emergency monitoring and recognition is an important link of emergency decision-making intelligence system.To provide a macro-theoretical framework about emergency monitoring and recognition with intelligence as the core,this article summarizes the contents of emergency monitoring and recognition from the perspective of intelligence.The goal of emergency monitoring and recognition is providing service for emergency decision-making intelligence system.Emergency monitoring and emergency recognition are well mixed but with particular focuses respectively on process and method.Emergency monitoring and recognition work should adhere to principles of all-source intelligence,real-time intelligence and accurate intelligence.And its work has three processes: intelligence collection,intelligence analysis,intelligence assessment and utilization.The paper also gives the prospect analysis of emergency monitoring and recognition in view of intelligence.
