Exploration of "Data-Resources-Application" Intelligence Fusion Model in Emergency Management

Emergency decision requires intelligence system support. Intelligence exchange and sharing of inter-across sectors in emergency management is based on effective intelligence fusion model. This article defines "intelligence fusion" in emergency management, concludes its requirements, and analyzes features and frameworks of three intelligence fusion modes in emergency management based on Web, and makes suggestions on emergency management intelligence integration in China.
