User-resources Interaction on Q&A Community

This paper discusses the interactive relationship between the users and resources in the Q&A community. 400 questions from Baidu know are chosen as the research sample. To obtain the initial parameters of simulation experiment, the Resources Integrity and User Energy Value are available from real answer and user data, and Netlogo is used to carry out simulation experiment. The research result shows that, the number of users is a key factor in the Q&A community development. Compared with high user contribution rate, it can promote the development of the Q&A community more rapidly. And the user resource regeneration rate can effectively improve the users quality of Q&A community.
