Operational Mechanism Adjustment of University Library Under CRP System

The CRP System is a campus resources plan, which takes higher education and teaching as the core and ISO9000 framework as the process. One of its functions is library sub-system. The main problems in current library operation mechanism are analyzed. The paper proposes that, under the CRP system, the university library can be integrated into the CRP system through many approaches, which include user-centric business process reorganization,the flattening, unbounded, and visualization of the hierarchical organization dynamic resource management as well as objective, quantifiable and automated performance appraisal,to achieve innovation and change of operating mechanism of the university library.
