Shared Patron-Driven Acquisition Within a Consortium：The OCUL PDA Pilot

This paper describes the background of Ontario Council of University Libraries produced by Patron-driven Acquisition of joint procurement, the Patron-driven Acquisition of library consortium,implement PDA programs in the Ontario Council of University Libraries and the significance of the project for the launch of the University Library Consortium.for our university library alliance development resources construction based on PDA obtains four enlightenment: cooperation with the platform of electronic business, using courier services to meet the needs of readers timely, just in time and just in case to achieve sharing and co-construction, establish a unified management mechanism, joint procurement literature resources, controls the default document scope, reduce resource repetition rate.
