Research on Services to Dyslexia Groups in Chinese Public Libraries

Abstract

Using the methods of questionnaire, this paper carries out an investment on Guangzhou library users (mainly parents) from the following aspects: the cognition and the assessment of dyslexia, the method of information acquisition and communication, the cognitive, forecasts and recommendations of children dyslexia services in libraries. And then it puts forward strategies which include improving social cognition, training professional service personnel, strengthening the construction of resources and environment, innovating ways of services, and strengthening multilateral cooperation.
