Development Trends, Challenges and Regulation Strategies of Digital Culture Industry in China

Based on benchmark research of international digital culture status quo, this paper analyzes China's development trends in the points of view including entrepreneur innovation, science and culture integration, cultural consumption and digital industry interaction. Referring to the issues and challenges of management system, laws and regulations, market monopoly, content, intellectual property and consumer protection, this paper proposes regulation strategies, including Big Culture top level design, legislation convergence, digital self-organizing, fair competition, digital content property innovation and digital media consumptions promotion.
