Research on College Information Literacy Education Model Based on New Constructivism Learning Theory

This paper expounds that the new constructivism is a learning theory based on the constructivism learning one oriented on the network environment. Then it analyses the disadvantages of passive type in present university information literacy education model of mainly osmotic, single and optional type, and puts forward the "hybrid mode" of the university information literacy education of teachers and students based on the new constructivism. Finally, it interprets the nine aspects of "hybrid mode" in the learning objectives, learning content, teaching subject (teachers), teaching objects (students), teaching environment, learning resources, teaching methods, meaning construction and teaching evaluation of new constructivism.
