Study on Information Lifecycle Management Theory and Government Information Resources Management Innovation

First of all, this paper introduces the study background. Then, government information resource management's connotation and overall goals are defined. Based on the existing information litecycle management model's applications in the government and enterprise, it establishes a new government information lifecycle management model that specifics to the characters of government 2.0, and gives analysis on it. At last, before a brief summary and prospect, breakthroughs about management strategy innovation are raised combined with the survey and characteristics in each phase.
