The Characteristics and Differences of Scientific Researchers’ Information-seeking Behavior Under Teachers and Students Team Mode

350 respondents from 52 teachers and students team were investigated using self-designed information-seeking behavior scale.The characteristics and differences of scientific researchers' information-seeking behavior under teachers and students team mode were compared and analyzed from different genders, different team sizes, different team modes and different disciplines.Finally the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve information-seeking behavior for scientific researchers under teachers and students team mode.
