The contents of the papers are characterized by: strengthening the frontier report and focusing the trends; planning the special topics and analyzing the hot issues; innovating the theoretical research,and guiding the subject development; paying attention to practical work and promoting practice innovation; advocating information research and deepening service contents; exploring knowledge organization and upgrading service level; writing reviewing or comments and broadening the academic horizon.
