Abstract

This paper takes the concept of "innovation" as the starting point, and introduces the occurrence and development of "technological innovation". It studies the theory of patent from two perspectives of patent system and patent information, and mainly focuses on the relationship between patent and technological innovation. Firstly, it analyzes the relationship of patent system and technological innovation. Secondly, it measures the advantages/disadvantages and feasibility of technological innovation using patent information. Finally, based on the foregoing study, this paper proposes an indicator system from four main dimensions-scare, quality, efficiency and environment.
