Abstract

This article has reviewed the relevant theory of customers-companies information interaction and summarized the present situation of customers-companies information interaction in B2C E-commerce by using questionnaire survey and interview. It then analyzes "customer permission information interaction" of perceiving E-commerce strategy in the second generation E-commerce tide. Based on discussing the challenges to "customer permission information interaction", this work proposes a framework to optimize the mechanism of "customer permission information interaction" and presents some improvement strategies.
