Innovation Integration Operational Mechanism of University Libraries

Firstly, this paper interprets the connotation of innovation integration and the meanings of innovation integration of university libraries, and analyzes the difficulties they faced. Then it proposes that the goals of their innovation integration of university libraries are to support the knowledge innovation system, improve the users’ demand satisfaction, optimize the information resource system and promote their sustainable development. Thirdly, it develops an innovation integration operating mode of university libraries, and designs the implementation scheme of innovation integration. Finally, this paper makes a specific analysis of innovation integration elements such as resource, service, technology, management, organization and culture.
