[目的/意义]将用户使用行为纳入百科词条评价体系中,从多维度视角对百度百科词条进行综合评价。[方法/过程]结合国内外学者的研究成果,基于4个维度,选取了12项量化指标作为研究指标,对百度百科词条作了综合评价。[结果/结论]用户使用行为指标与链接指标在词条综合评价中起到相对重要的作用;研究丰富了百科词条研究的评价体系,但局限是未考虑丰富度、严谨性等难以准确量化的特征。
[Purpose/significance] The study incorporates user behavior into the encyclopedia entry evaluation system, and comprehensively evaluates Baidu Encyclopedia entries from a multi-dimensional perspective.[Method/process] From four dimensions, the study selected 12 quantitative indicators as research indicators, and comprehensively evaluated Baidu Encyclopedia entries.[Result/conclusion] User use behavior indicators and link indicators play a relatively important role in comprehensive evaluation of entries; This study enriches the evaluation system of encyclopedia entry research, but the limitation is that it is difficult to accurately quantify without considering richness and rigor.
