[目的/意义] 为促进联合国《2030可持续发展议程》的实施，倡议各图书馆学会和图书馆积极参与国际图联为支持议程推出的IAP项目。[方法/过程] 通过剖析议程的政策基础和特点，介绍IAP项目的内容和实施，解析可持续发展目标和图书馆的内在联系。[结果/结论] 指出图书馆可在信息决策支持、提供终身学习机会、消除不平等性、保护人类文化遗产、通过法律保障信息获取权利等方面促进议程的落实。并从政府层面、学会层面和图书馆层面3个维度小结中国对议程的支持和IAP项目的参与，包括跟进国际图联IAP项目，宣传贯彻《公共文化服务保障法》，落实《全民阅读"十三五"时期发展规划》，参与图书馆相关法规的征求意见。
[Purpose/significance] In order to make a promotion of UN 2030 Agenda, IFLA launched an International Advocacy Program (IAP) on December, 2015.The paper aims to make a better understanding of the Agenda and IAP.[Method/process] The paper analyses the policy foundation and features of the Agenda, introduces the content and implementation of the IAP program, focuses on the connection between the SDGs and librarianships.[Result/conclusion] The paper reveals that libraries may contribute to the SDGs in information support, life-long study, eliminating inequality, culture and heritage preservation and accessing to information in accordance with national legislation and international agreements. The government, library societies and libraries in China are supporting the Agenda and may join the IFLA IAP on four aspects as follows:updating with the IAP, advocacy of the Law of Public Culture Service Protection, implementation on the 13th Five-Year Development Plan of National Reading, participating in the consultation of library legislation.
