[目的/意义]以本溪市图书馆建立荣誉体系的实践为例，探索公共图书馆荣誉体系建设的实践模式。[方法/过程]基于对公共图书馆荣誉奖励实践与研究现状的分析，介绍本溪市图书馆运用美国ALA奖励制度体系的先进理念，构建公共图书馆荣誉体系的实践模式，阐释针对该实践模式的几点思考，提出未来公共图书馆建设荣誉体系的可行性建议。[结果/结论]荣誉体系不仅体现在奖项的全面覆盖上，更加体现在机制的建设上，以不断鼓励馆员进步与成长，推动图书馆事业发展。
[Purpose/significance] Taking the practice of Benxi Library honor system construction as an example, the paper explores the practice mode of public library "honor system" constructing.[Method/process] This paper analyzes the status of practice and research about public library honor and rewarding. It also introduces how Benxi Library constructs the practice mode of public library "honor system", using advanced idea of American ALA reward system. Then it explains some thoughts on this practice mode, and proposes feasibility suggestions of future public library "honor system".[Result/conclusion] Honor system does not only reflect comprehensive coverage of the awards, but also reflects construction of mechanism, in order to keep encouraging the progress and growth of staff member, and promote the development of library business.
