[目的/意义] 研究英国高校图书馆科研服务经验，为我国高校图书馆科研服务提供参考与借鉴。[方法/过程] 运用文献法、网络调查法和案例分析法，从服务需求、服务内容、运作模式、服务保障4个方面调查与分析英国23所高校图书馆科研服务发展现状及特征。[结果/结论] 总结英国高校图书馆科研服务的基本内容与特点，并从科研服务政策、服务体系、服务平台、服务内容和服务人员5个方面提出相关建议，以期推动我国高校图书馆科研服务更好发展。
[Purpose/significance] The paper aims to sum up research support experiences of academic libraries in UK, and gives some constructive suggestions to promote the research support development of academic libraries in China. [Method/process] By literature review, network survey, and cases study, the paper investigates the progress and features of research support of 23 academic libraries in UK from the perspective of users' needs, service contents, operation model and guaranteed elements. [Result/conclusion] The paper summarizes the basic contents and characteristics of research support of academic libraries in the UK. Furthermore, it presents some constructive suggestions from the perspective of research management service policy, service workflow, research information infrastructure and research support librarian in order to promote the further development of research support of academic libraries in China.
