[目的/意义] 针对当前高校图书馆阅读推广活动定位模糊的问题，提出以助力人才培养为目标的培养型阅读推广模式，为高校图书馆开展阅读推广活动指明方向、明确目的。[方法/过程] 以沈阳师范大学培养型阅读推广实践为范例，详细分析培养型阅读理念的形成、开展的方式及存在的问题。[结果/结论] 培养型阅读是高校图书馆的责任与使命，是图书馆助力人才培养的有效途径。

[Purpose/significance] In view of the fuzzy positioning problem for current university libraries to develop reading promotion activities, this paper puts forward to the talent training type "cultivating reading" as the goal, and indicates the direction for the university library to carry out the reading promotion activities for a clear purpose.[Method/process] Taking the "cultivatine reading" type of reading promotion practice in Shenyang Normal University as an example, this paper analyzes the formation of "cultivating reading" concept, the development way and the existing problems in details.[Result/conclusion] "Cultivating reading" is the responsibility and mission of the library in colleges and universities, is the effective way to boost library personnel training.
