摘要

[目的/意义]阐述高校图书馆学科服务面临的困境,分析英国约克大学图书馆学科服务模式和特点,以期为我国高校图书馆学科服务工作提供有益的启示。[方法/过程]介绍英国约克大学图书馆立体化的学科服务组织架构、多维度的学科服务范畴以及学科服务人力资源保障方案,并重点介绍4个学科服务案例。[结果/结论]为国内高校学科服务提出3点启示:构建随需而动的组织架构、建立完善的服务效果评价体系和科学合理规划学科服务内容。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The paper discusses the difficulties faced by subject service, introduces and analyzes the model and traits of subject service delivered by the library of York University and tries to provide some tips for China's academic libraries. [Method/process] The paper gives an induction of the subject service organizational structure, the service content and the human resource development plan of University of York library and elaborates on four service cases.[Result/conclusion] The paper puts forward some suggestions for domestic academic libraries, including constructing adaptable organization, building evaluation system for service and planning subject service content scientifically.
