［目的/意义］分析目前高校图书馆数字资源集团采购工作中存在的问题和风险，提出相应的优化策略。［方法/过程］采用文献研究、案例分析、统计等方法，结合工作实践经验，对集团采购的组织管理、资源引进、利益平衡、资源存档等方面存在的问题进行分析。［结果/结论］针对集团采购存在的问题，提出加强集团采购联盟组织管理、强化资源评估、采用更为合理的价格分级模式、建立集团引进资源的长效保存机制等优化策略。
[Purpose/significance] This paper analyzes problems and risks existing in the digital resources consortium acquisition of university libraries, and puts forward some optimization strategies. [Method/process] This paper used some research methods such as literature research, case analysis, statistical analysis, combined with work experience to analyze problems existing in the organization management, the introduction of resources, the balance of interests and the resource archiving. [Result/conclusion] As to these problems, this paper proposes a series of optimization strategies such as strengthening the organization management, enhancing the resource assessment, adopting more reasonable price classification models and building the long-term preservation mechanism.
