摘要

[目的/意义] 意大利NpL计划是早期婴幼儿阅读推广的成功案例,其管理模式可以为我国同类儿童阅读推广服务提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程] 对NpL的管理模式进行案例剖析,归纳概括其管理模式的特点,并与我国儿童阅读推广项目中存在的问题进行对比分析。[结果/结论] NpL管理模式具有组织架构系统化、服务流程一体化、人员培训规范化、NpL品牌管理专业化四大特点,且具有系统化的规划和设计理念以及成熟的商业意识,值得我国予以借鉴。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Nati per Leggere is a successful project of the reading promotion of early childhood. Its successful administration mode could provide the reference for such reading promotion service in China.[Method/process] This paper analyzes the mode of administration of NpL, and compares the exsiting problem of the same kind of service in this field in China.[Result/conclusion] It finds that there are four characteristics of NpL's administration mode:including the systematic administration setting, the integrated service process, the normalized training and the professional NpL brand operation. Above all, Npl has the well planning and design concept of the whole society engineering and the matured business consciousness of operation.
