摘要

[目的/意义]深入分析用户使用移动图书馆过程中的体验需求,探寻影响用户需求的主要因素,以最大程度满足用户需求为目标提出优化移动图书馆设计的建议。[方法/过程]根据用户体验的需求层次理论,结合移动图书馆服务的特点,从用户体验的视角全面剖析移动图书馆用户的多样化需求,运用系统动力学方法剖析影响用户需求的各要素、要素间的相互关系及动态变化过程,并利用建模工具将其作用机理可视化呈现。[结果/结论]从感官体验设计、信息资源设计、交互设计和情感化设计4个方面提出移动图书馆改进建议,以提高其服务质量。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] This paper deeply analyzed the users' experience demands in the process of using mobile libraries,explored the main factors that influence user demands, and put forward some suggestions to optimize the design of mobile libraries in order to meet users' demands as far as possible.[Method/process] According to the hierarchy of user experience demands, and combining with the characteristics of mobile library services,we analyzed users' diverse demands in the perspective of user experience, and used system dynamics method to analyze and visualize the factors that influence user demands, the mutual relations between them, and their dynamic changing process.[Result/conclusion] We put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of mobile libraries service in four aspects, including sensory experience design, information design, interactive design and emotional design.
