[Purpose/significance] On the basis of the analysis of college students' information behaviors, this paper puts forward information service countermeasures combining knowledge organization and the personalized customization, to improve the ability of college students' information collection and comprehensive utilization. [Method/process] Combining "college students' information acquisition ability" questionnaire, the demand of the information service of college students was analyzed. A service mode of information discovery, organizing, tracking and using embedded in the process of scientific research was put forward, to help college students to improve their sensitivity and judgment and the ability of using information.[Result/conclusion] This paper proposes a kind of information service mode and countermeasures for guiding college students to get into knowledge learning in the professional field early, aims to solve the students' blindness of information acquisition and dependency on the Internet, to provide reference for information literacy education in the colleges and universities.
