[Purpose/significance] The status and demanding survey of postgraduate on information literacy is carried out and evaluated from the perspective of individual and organization. And then the suggestions on curriculum countermeasure are present in this article.[Method/process] The random questionnaire survey and directional interview survey is conducted respectively for postgraduate and departments of Capital Normal University. And the normal behavior, insufficiency and demanding of the postgraduates in retrieval, access, evaluation, use, management, and dissemination of scientific information are analyzed.[Result/conclusion] It shows that the postgraduate have certain information basis but low information level, the postgraduate and the school system indicated clear and strong demanding. The information literacy curriculum needs the overall consideration of curriculum type, content, teaching mode and evaluation, etc.
