[目的/意义] 针对当前高校图书馆电子资源宣传推广模式单一、资源利用率低下的问题,建立一套宣传推广电子资源的新模式,提高电子资源利用率。[方法/过程] 创新性地提出引入大学生培训志愿者,构建基于大学生培训志愿者的图书馆电子资源推广模式,以华南农业大学图书馆宣传推广电子资源的模式为例,介绍其培训志愿者团队的建设与管理,及其在推广电子资源模式上的实践效果。[结果/结论] 结果表明,通过大学生培训志愿者的宣传带动,电子资源在读者中的知名度得以有效提升,参与培训的读者人数显著增加,电子资源检索量和下载量均有明显提高。基于大学生培训志愿者的电子资源推广模式,拓宽了图书馆宣传电子资源的模式和途径,改变了当前单靠图书馆有限的人力资源培训推广电子资源的局面,馆员和大学生培训志愿者的协同合作,提高了图书馆电子资源利用率。

[Purpose/significance] This paper establishes a new electronic resources promotion model for the current issues of the singleness extension model and low utilization rate of electronic resources in current university libraries,and improve the utilization rate of electronic resources.[Method/process] The introduction of trained student volunteers, and constructing the electronic resources extension model based on it was innovatively presented. Then it takes the electronic resources promotion model of South China Agricultural University Library as an example, introduces the construction and management of the trained student volunteer team, and its practical effects in the promotion of electronic resources.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the electronic resources in reader awareness, the number of readers to participate readers training,the electronic resources retrieval and downloads have been significantly improved after introducing trained student volunteers. This model broadens the electronic resources extension model and approach,changes the electronic resources promotion situation only by the limited library human resources. The cooperation of librarians and trained student volunteers, improves the utilization rate of electronic resources.
