The Catalogue of Si Ku Quan Shu is a masterpiece of bibliography completed during the rein of Qianlong Emperor of Qing Dynasty. During summarizing and reviewing, the catalogue systematically reflects the research thought of Scholars and its value judgment. The thought was related to the cultural policy, the trends of academic thoughts and the scholarly ideas of people during the Qing dynasty. It reflected the status of academic development and even indicated the tendency of the social ideological in early Qing Dynasty. And it played a positive role in revival of studying Scholars.
