Through the introduction of several original foreign language book suppliers in Beijing, we can be aware of their qualification, management direction, characteristic, advantage, market share, development object, and their management and service level. According to the principle of practicality and accuracy, this paper focuses on the evaluation criteria of the original foreign language books supplier. The comprehensive scoring method is used in the bidding of the original foreign language books based on the library of University of International Relations purchasing books by bidding in 2013. We set up the evaluation index of the original foreign language books supplier who perform the bid document and verify the index by performance standard. It can provide reference for libraries which select foreign language book suppliers by biding.
