摘要

选取挪威、瑞典、芬兰和丹麦4个北欧国家的代表性图书馆及其服务案例作为研究对象，重点从法律保障、服务的开展、服务的协作和服务的推广4个方面分析北欧图书馆阅读障碍症群体服务，并从实践中总结出可借鉴的经验：明确法律保护声明，保障服务体系；推出特殊服务，打造无障碍通道；开展多方协作，提升社会参与度；推广活动项目，扩大服务效应。

Abstract

This paper selects representative libraries such as NLB, MTM and Celia, and its services in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark as study cases, and analyzes four aspects of library services for dyslexia groups in Northern Europe, such as legal protection, services development, partnerships, and promotion. Finally, it summarizes reference experiences of Nordic library services for dyslexia groups, which include making clear legal statements to protect the service system, carrying out special services to make access accessible, establishing partnerships with others to enhance social participation, promoting service activities to expand service effects.
