Based on the five criteria indicators, including the database information resources, database retrieval system function, database resource utilization, database resource cost evaluation and the service level of data provider, this paper constructs the 23 index layer indicators which reflect the performance of the database information resource service; values to each index from the subjective and objective aspects with the entropy weight method, then calculates each index weight; And TOPSIS model was applied to analyze the service performance of the sample database information resource. The results of the study reveal the difference of the sample database performance and the main factors that affect the database performance.
