摘要

“学科服务大团队”的构想是对当前学科馆员制度的升级,大团队根据我国学科馆员服务现状,参照国外学科服务的经验而构建。它由学科服务团队和学科服务支持梯队两部分组成,由指导组统一协调管理,人员涉及学科服务的方方面面。其宗旨是倾全馆之力,用团队的力量、智慧支持和协助学科馆员的工作,快速提高学科馆员服务的整体水平,为读者提供更为广泛和深入的优质学科服务。

Abstract

The idea of big discipline service team presents the upgrade of subject librarian system. The big team is constructed according to the situation of subject librarian service in China, and by reference to the experience of foreign construction of subject services. It consists of two parts of subject service team and subject service support team. The steering group uniformly coordinates and administrates. The personnel involve all subject service aspects. Compared with the exsiting subject librarian team, its involved team in the scale is huge, so it is called the "big". Its purpose is to tilt the force, support and cooperate with the subject librarians with the team's strength and intelligence, rapidly improve the overall level of subject librarian services, and provide more extensive and depth high-quality subject services for readers.
