In order to evaluation the public opinion guiding ability of network opinion leaders, this paper focused on the following four aspects. Firstly, the authors put forward a set of initial evaluation index through summarizing the related studies and empirical assumptions. Secondly, the authors selected the initial evaluation index set through investigating on the experts and the method of grey statistics, and then established an evaluation system, which consists of 4 first grade indicators and 12 second grade indicators, about the public opinion guiding ability of network opinion leaders. Thirdly, the authors gave the weight to each indicator on the basis of experts-group decision-making through the method of AHP. Eventually, the authors selected 5 users randomly from the elite posts in the BBS of MOP, and then calculated the opinion guiding ability of the 5 users using the model, and in the end of the paper, took the application example of the mode.
