摘要

分析社交网络应用于企业知识管理的SLATES框架,比较企业知识管理与政府知识管理的异同,针对政府知识管理的特点和需求,研究社交网络对政府知识管理的意义,提出基于社交网络的政府知识管理的模型和框架结构,并就其应用实践和存在的问题进行分析。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the SLATES framework, which is the main application of social network in enterprise knowledge management, and compares the knowledge management in the enterprise and government. Aiming at the characters and requirements of government knowledge management, it concludes the meaning of social network to government knowledge management. Finally, this paper puts forwards the model and framework of government knowledge management based on social network, and analyzes the practices and main questions.
