
组织忘记对企业知识管理的影响机理研究
Research on Mechanism of organizational unlearning affecting knowledge management
把知识管理分为知识获取、知识整合和知识利用三个维度,构建组织忘记、知识获取、知识整合和知识利用之间的关系模型,揭示组织忘记对知识管理的影响机理,并对收集的248份有效问卷进行规范的实证分析。研究结果表明:组织忘记对知识获取、知识整合及知识利用都产生显著的积极影响。这为我国企业的知识管理实践提供参考和启示。
Knowledge management is measured by three dimensions of knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge utilization. This paper builds the model of organizational unlearning, knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge utilization, reveals the mechanism of organizational unlearning affecting knowledge management, and 248 valid samples are analyzed. The empirical results show that organizational unlearning all has a significant positive effect on knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge utilization. This provides references to the practice of knowledge management.
