通过描述知识链节点企业间的互动学习过程,研究和分析组织学习对于知识创新以及企业自主创新过程的影响;在组织学习过程与知识创新产出关系描述基础上,界定基于互动学习过程的知识创新产出关系,分别构建创新主体的知识投入均衡和创新主体上游节点的知识溢出均衡模型;通过均衡过程分析,探索自主创新的可持续性及相关的对策问题。
Abstract
This paper studies and analyzes the influences on organizational learning for knowledge innovation and enterprise independent innovation process by describing interactive learning process between knowledge chain organization’ subjects; Based on describing the relationship between organizational learning process and knowledge innovation output, the knowledge innovation output relation in the context of interactive learning is defined, and then the knowledge input equilibrium model of innovation subject and the knowledge spillover equilibrium of upper node are respectively constructed. Finally, it explores the sustainability and strategy problem of independent innovation by analyzing the equilibrium process.
