摘要

从技术市场的技术交易角度，提出区域技术吸引力的概念和表现特征，并对东北地区技术吸引力进行剖析，讨论东北地区技术吸引力的表现特征，包括技术吸引力强度、技术吸引力稳定性、技术吸引力选择性、交易技术含量、技术资金投入等5个方面，在此基础上分析东北地区技术吸引力影响因素，并对东北地区技术吸引力影响因素之间的相互作用进行探讨。

Abstract

From the point of view of technical trading of technology market, comes up with the concept, characteristics and related factors model of regional technology attraction firstly; then it emphases quantitative analysis the representation characteristics of technology attraction in Northeast Region, including the strength of technology attraction, the stability of technology attraction, the selection of technology attraction, trading technology content, technology investment and on this basis，analysis of the factors that affect the technology attraction in Northeast Region and the relationship between those factors.
